Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you would like to make a return, send us an e-mail at email@example.com with the following information:
1. Your full name and contact information.
2. Order number.
3. Reason for return: (A) Wrong Size, (B) Complaint, (C) Wrong item shipped.
4. If you prefer "money back" or want to get a "new item" sent out*
*Specify which item you want to change for, include your choose of color and size.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days (from the day we received the return items).
Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. When you have e-mailed us and the return is registered, we will send you an e-mail with further instructions to proceed, including the adress the product you want to return should be shipped to.

Our goal is to send out a new item to you as soon as possible. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When you ship back a product you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We recommend "Skicka lätt" provided by Postnord (Lowest price when booking it through their app) if you live inside the borders of Sweden. It is a cheap, reliable and trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you don't send it with a trackable shipping service.
